Payback promotion customer mailer       The Objective:
     To significantly increase Eaton Card usage, both
     frequency of use and total purchase dollar value,
     within the “Best Customer” segment during the
     critically important Q4 time period.

       The Solution:
     Sales Promotion Services developed a “Partner Funded”
     reward solution that delivered leveled rewards to each
     of three card holder segments – based directly on
     individual account holder monthly Card purchases. 
     The PayBack Reward Program.

     In addition, Sales Promotion Services sourced and
     selected the fulfillment supplier, working directly with
     them to design and execute an innovative, cost
     effective monthly reward delivery vehicle within the
     context of available technologies. 

This solution integrated the monthly card purchase data and partner supplied rewards
into a direct mail package, distributed monthly.

Over $1,000,000,000 of Partner value was distributed through the
Eaton's PayBack Program.

    The Results:

   
The Eaton’s Payback Reward Program over achieved sales targets, delivering
    +25% increase in Eaton Card purchases within the Best Customer segment –
    representing over $40,000,000 in sales.


    Card purchase activity, through all customer segments, showed significant improvement. 
    Within the lowest customer segment, the previous decline in account activity was stopped.
